I have not set up an appointment to see Dr. Bhudhiraja and I want to do this. I will call the office and set up an appointment to see the doctor. I will ask for my records to be transferred from Dr. Shende to Dr. Budhiraja. I need to set up an appointment to see Dr. Budhiraja and I will call the office to do that.

Medication pre-authorization needs to be filled out for 4 months. Calls are not being returned. I've had a negative experience with this doctor so far.
