He was very kind and he took the time to meet with me before my procedure and during my procedure and after my procedure. He treats his patients like a family member or good friend. He doesn't hand you off to assistants.
I have been a loyal patient for almost 20 years because he knows me, listens to me, doesn't rush me, and has a pleasant manner.
I saw Dr. Srinivasan for kidney stones. Before I underwent the procedure I specifically told Dr. Srinivasan to not put a stent in. I told him that the first time I had the procedure by a different Dr, I had gotten a stent and this resulted in my getting severe sepsis. I had a week's stay in the hospital as a result. Despite my telling all of this to Dr Srinivasan he went ahead and put a stent in. When it came time to recover the stent I asked for anesthesia and was refused.
