Great units, big for artists to work in. Rooftop gardens are great with a gorgeous view. Managers are super friendly and helpful.
I lived there from 2014 -2017. During that time I attracted several art showings locally and nationally. Everett is a great place to grow your artistic voice; and there is no better value for the money. New and lead-certified construction - wiring, outlets, plumbing along with wonderful community spaces. Overall, it really provides artists with great resources. Beautiful Building full of fellow creatives that you will find inspiring to live around. Management is responsive and top notch. Beautiful Deck and the art center in the building is wonderful. Sounds like "sour" Merrie has bigger issues if you know what i mean. :)
I love this fantastic space at a fantastic price. Its unbelievable, with a gorgeous rooftop terrace high ceilings cement floors, top management.
I am a resident and can write a novel on the way in which this placr is run also. Brief example: carpets never cleaned, entire building is filthy, tenants requests are returned qith excuses and lies, people living here are traumatized ny harassment. No one cares. Just go to the front door. Look at the pond, windows, etc. It is not pleasant. Everything i have stated has other residents with documentation of the same.
