Staff at both locations (special thanks to Ana Rita!) helped me find a great set of glasses! I live in a remote community and had a short timeline to find glasses, update my prescription and pick up the finished glasses before I left town. Ana Rita and the team made all of this happen, with conscientious support and follow-up. I’m super happy with my new spectacles!
It took me quite a while to find the right place, as I visited several different stores. Mo was incredibly helpful. She repaired both my glasses and my wife’s glasses, and they now feel brand new. She was kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It is clear she genuinely cares about her work and her customers. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Mo. Five stars. I will definitely return

This eyewear store went above and beyond when fixing the alignment of my delicate frameless specs, which other stores wouldn’t even touch. They handled the tricky repair with care, cleaned the glasses, and didn’t charge a single dollar. They even cleaned my second pair without me mentioning it. Truly generous, professional, and incredibly helpful staff. Highly recommended for their exceptional service and kindness.
