In times of need, Grand Rapids Heat & Air Conditioning provided excellent service. They were prompt in their response, resolved my AC issue that same day, and left everything immaculate. The guy was highly competent and kind. Their prices were reasonable and up forward. Without a doubt, I'll utilize Grand Rapids Heat & Air Conditioning once more. I'm really appreciative and amazed.
Woke up to NO HEAT on the coldest night of the year (-10°F wind chill!). Called their 24/7 line. The dispatcher was calm and reassuring. A tech arrived in under 90 minutes, diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger (showed me the scary crack with his borescope camera!), and safely shut down the furnace. Explained the critical safety hazard clearly but without panic. Had a replacement furnace proposal by noon the next day. Handled a scary situation professionally and swiftly.
Incredibly rude customer service, driver whipped onto 28th street almost causing an accident when people are going 50 mph. This is not a street you just whip onto expecting people to swerve for you. I had to slam on my breaks and swerve. My dash cam caught everything even my speed of 50 mph. Tried speaking to a manager and the guy started yelling at me telling me it was my fault? Fixed what 4 other companies tried to fix. We had a walk-in cooler that kept breaking down. Had 4 other companies work on it with the same problem returning. We got ARTS refrigeration to look at it and they fixed it. And for a very reasonable price. They do not fool around!
