We loved it. Saw a show at Symphony Hall and was great to be within walking distance. Staff members April, Megan, Tonya, and Leah were outstanding and all staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean comfortable room. Recommend!
So above and beyond expectations. Staff was as warm as the weather and the room is so big and comfy we could get lost!
The lobby is beautiful. I wasn't feeling the maze I had to go through to get to our room. I've never experienced anything like that. The rooms were nice, set up different and a little outdated but nice. The WiFi really sucked. Couldn't keep a connection for more than 2 minutes then it would search for 5. Made it impossible to order delivery without calling. And the shower......it was either scalding hot or ice cold. Awesome hotel. Like stepping back in time. The courtyard is very inviting.
Very friendly staff ... From the valet to the front desk, everyone we encountered was top notch. Room was very clean and comfortable. A definite plus to our stay in Atlanta. Their referral of a local eatery was right on as well.

Lovely boutique hotel. Bed was nice and firm, room was clean and comfy, and I adored the little kitchenette with the Audrey Hepburn print. The courtyard was a great place to have my morning coffee, read the news and enjoy the fountain. Bonus: it's right across the street from the art museum.
