Bill delivers above his 100%!!! Bill at Artistic Surroundings is wonderful!!! I called from Wisconsin wanting to get my Mom in Phoenix AZ some perennial plants. Bill informed me that he does not carry that kind of merchandise but since I was calling from WI he would do what he could - to go and get some perennial flowers in pots and then deliver them himself to my Mom.
