I’ve had ongoing billing issues with this office that I still haven’t been able to resolve. I was charged in full for dental work on March 30, 2026, $800 including $700 pre-paid via my FSA card — before any services were rendered. My FSA administrator later flagged this as a violation of IRS regulations, since FSA cards cannot be used to pre-pay for services not yet performed, and required the office to refund the amount. Changing to Dr Bikoi for my dental care has been the best decision. She is the gold standard at what she does, her costs are fair and reasonable, and her staff and her are kind, professional and personable! Dr Bikoi is trustworthy and cares about the whole you. Dr. Bikoi is great as is most of her staff. However, scheduling leaves a bit to be desired. I scheduled a dental cleaning approximately 6 months ago for 8/22/26, only to receive a call today, 8/20/26, from a staff member informing me that my cleaning had to be rescheduled due to a dental hygienist not being available. I purposely made an appointment for Saturday because I can’t make appointments during the week due to my work schedule.
