I've been a client of Artistic Family Dentistry for almost two years. During my first appointment, x-rays revealed that I needed extensive work. I agreed to a comprehensive treatment plan. Artistic family dentistry isn’t just a name. While it sounds cliché - they actually treat you like family. Somehow, the doctor remembers my kids names and what we they are up to and always inquiries how everyone is doing. Today the team saw me after close because I had been delayed in traffic. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The customer service was unprofessional, and the quality of care was subpar. To make matters worse, I have serious concerns about the office’s billing practices, which appeared unethical and possibly fraudulent regarding insurance claims. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking trustworthy and competent dental care.
I highly recommend to review your final bill from your dental insurance to make sure you were not overcharged by the this dentist for your patient responsibility. Dealing with their insurance team has been a headache. They charged me an "estimate" of services when I went in for a procedure. Then when my dental insurance paid them out, it turns out they had overcharged me more than $400 in patient responsibility.
