Outstanding repair, quality control, and customer support. The most important criteria for a body shop is the quality of work. Theirs is fantastic. I had 2 separate repairs and in both cases, its a good as new!! No misaligned parts, no visual line separating old paint from new. Color match and blending were great. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! This shop was recommended by my insurance, Geico. That was the first mistake I made, trusting what my insurance company recommended. I was told my car will be ready in two weeks. They pushed back the date twice. It took them ONE MONTH and one day to fix it. Yesterday I was told my car is ready so I went there to pick it up. After inspecting my car I found two flaws, which had to be fixed, so they kept it for another day. The fact that they went about this like nothing wrong had happened made me... read more
Came in with a minor loose trim issue as I wasn't sure what to use to fix it that wouldn't damage the car. Rod at Artistic advised me how to handle it on my own in the future if I wanted and then offered to do the fix on the current issue right then at no charge to me. Really appreciate their assistance!
