We had our truck repaired at the Wilsonville location of Artistic Auto Body.... easy to work with, kept us informed, done on time and they did a good job!!

My experience was phenomenal. I really liked the staff there, they genuinely seemed to care about their customers! Eric is a rockstar! His profession and work he does, says a lot about his knowledge of cars and the body work, he does. I mean not only that they made my car seem to be almost new! I’m so pleased with my experience I’d recommend anyone to try them! I know I will be going there next again if I need body work done on any of my Vehicles!!! Thank you artistic auto body!!! ❤️

Hands down best customer service experience I’ve ever had! They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and timely. They did a fantastic job on our repairs as well.
Brought in my new car for repair based on the good reviews. The work was shoddy at best, they replaced the front bumper but it was obviously not aligned well because it wasn't flush with grill. There was some major gapping. I mentioned this to the front desk when I picked up my car. But I was honestly so happy to just get my car back after several months, I didn't press the issue. Angela, Thank you for your feedback. I do see that you were in last August for the repairs on your vehicle. We do offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs if the issue is related to the original claim. I have communicated with the staff at our Wilsonville location and, unfortunately, it seems as though your front bumper has sustained an additional impact within the last year and is not apart of the original claim/our repairs.
