kids every where even whom 2 -3 years old they do what ever they want with out whom watch them they play with balls , stones , even fire ....the laundry room is their fav. place for them they play after 5 pm in front of the rent office any way ...the parents of these kids ...pay good
The Emerald Place Apartments Unfortunately I cannot give this complex a good rating. ): The management is not particularly attentive to the tenants and the one bedroom building where I reside is very polluted and unkempt. (That is putting it mildly) The laundry rooms are filthy and always littered with garbage. Even though we all have keys and are supposed to keep them locked, the doors are always left open with something against the door holding it open. I have to go to my bathtub and run the water in order to get hot water... read more
Emerald Place Apartments Staff is friendly and tries to make improvements to buildings. However, other tenants are terrible, and the staff has difficulty in forcing any rules. Kids play in the streets and laundry rooms. There is always trash and broken glass in the parking lot. Water heater doesn't work well in the winter which makes showering terrible. Apartments aren't well insulated. On the plus side apartments are spacious.
Could be better....could be worse I moved in here about 3 months ago. So far I haven't had any major issues. There is constantly garbage scattered around the complex, and the laundry rooms always seem to be trashed....not the fault of property management, because I see them picking up constantly. More or less, the residents. Honestly I think the residents are the main a catalyst behind all problems in this complex.
