Awesome Maintenance Service and Great Office Staff My service requests are always addressed very quickly. Gustavo has been very helpful with any maintenance concerns I have. The team always makes sure that my issues are addressed correctly Thomas is always very polite and accommodating when I have questions. Overall what a great team!

Best Maintenance Crew We have lived here for many years, and have never had an issue with getting maintenance requests taken care of. That's a huge factor in me deciding where I want to live. Even when there are issues, they are taken care of in a very timely manner. Many thanks to the team here, you are the reason it is great here!

Great place to live. We’ve been living here the last year and we’re about to sign a new lease. The complex is quiet, not to mention almost the entire place has been remodeled, the staff in this complex are incredibly friendly and helpful. If we needed anything the office is quick to help or call maintenance.
Worst They have roaches and won’t tell you before you move in. If you want roaches popping out everywhere then rent from here. They will keep exterminating your house and it still won’t help.
Roach fest The inside is newly renovated so that was the one good thing. They have a huge roach problem, they sprayed 4 times (each time we had to pay out of pocket to board our cats, take all of our clothes out of the closet, and everything out of the cabinets in the kitchen- it was a giant pain) and the roaches never went away. Parking is horrible, very tight and limited spots. Management leaves a lot to be desired. Filthy disgisting property. Broken glass and uneven walkways will make for a fun emergency room visit. Noisy neighbors with sometimes violent tendencies mixed with unresponsive management really do NOT make a comfortable home.
Safety and Concern...... I'm living for almost 2years now and all I can say this is not the safe place to live with your family the people manage the building don't have any concern about the Safety of the Tenants I won't refer this place for my friends and family the only good thing I'm staying is close to my work but the managements don't implement the rules ....????????
Horrible I've been Living here for about one year now and I have to say that I been very unhappy here. You only get one covered parking so if you have more than 1 car good luck on finding parking for the other car. We can never go out anywhere because if we come home after 5 or 6:00 p.m. there is literally nowhere at all to park plus my husband works late night and sometimes gets off at 2 o'clock in the morning and there is nowhere for him to park he has to be in his car for like 2 or 3 hours before someone will move.We pay ... read more
