Doctor refunded me money. During braces removal, visible mechanical scratches and grooves were left on my front teeth by Dr. Preethi Bangalore. When I pointed this out on the next session, assistant claimed that "teeth are not supposed to be perfectly smooth." Doctor then stated that before braces are put on, things are likely done to the teeth so that the enamel is not perfectly even. Dr. Bangalore is amazing at what she does. I had multiple silver fillings in my mouth that I wanted replaced to composite (more appealing to the view). My visit with her was thorough & efficient. She has such a gentle hand when it comes to applying anesthesia and while performing treatment. I found my forever dentist!
Amazing experience from Dr Bangalore and her staff. I normally am fearful of the dentist but felt very welcomed and well informed of my ongoing teeth issues. Definitely have found my dental office.
