Very disappointed � Had faith in the doctor we first seen when this business open had 4 teeth out no issue had to go back for 1 tooth and have had a issue with pain and bad job with a big slit in gum roof of mouth raw a week later still in pain ! Do not go here unless you like wasting your time. My sons had an orthodontic evaluation on Jan 13 and I was told they would submit a referral and I would hear something with in the month after a month my one sons was approved and they never submited one for the other. I have called them 7 times to see what is going on and am told some one will call me back each time and here it is 7 weeks with NO ANSWER. artisan smiles is a great and fantastic dental place they did a great job I highly recommend it I rate them 2 billion percent its a warm comfy place very friendly nice staff
I Have had bad experiences with previous dental offices that did not care about me as a person but rather only cared about how much money that they could make off me. However when I arrived at Artisan Smiles I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was and how quickly I got to see a doctor. I was there for a simple extraction and implant. I came to see Dr. Panossian for a tooth implant. I lost a tooth years ago during my Ice Hockey days. He talked me through the process, as I was nervous, but excited. The day of the procedure was great. The staff was professional and Dr. Panossian made me feel relaxed. The new tooth looks great! I can smile again with great confidence in pictures! I will continue to see him and his staff for future dental cleanings check ups!
York location was horrible. My daughter had an "appointment" they took a bunch of pictures...told me I would get a call from the dentist. This was about 2 months ago. I called and still didn't hear back.
