This place is trash asf, my dentist pulled a scratch and sniff with his balls and he didn’t even wash his hands!
My experience put me out $2,095 and a huge hole in the front of my mouth. The implant that I had placed at artisan was not placed correctly so it had to be removed by another dentist and I will have to go through this entire emotional mess all over again. They left me with absolutely nothing! No working temporary no good implant nothing no money left over to get it fixed. I’m very disappointed with the experience that I received from them. I will never go through those doors ever again even if it was a emergency, I was told my appointment was at 9:45 this morning and I'm there early, I check in and wait. A hour later still nothing so I ask and the receptionist has no idea, I get there's issues and things come up but do NOT make someone sit 2 hours in your waiting room, take them back and a hour later(at 3 hours after my appointment time now) still not get to them. I had better get my co-pay back on that refund...
they never answer your phone calls and they are too rude
Worst experience ever. Went for sedation to have teeth removed, they didn't wait till the meds kicked in went at sticking me with nova-cane and I felt them break all my teeth out and finally passed out about the time they started the stitches. Very barbaric practice glad I will never need to go there again. On a good note my appt was on time and the staff was friendly for barbarians.
This place is horrible appointment time at one time arrive early and then wait an hour past the time stick you in one room go get xray and another person is place in our room so we get stuck in a room that is not even ready. This place is a real joke
First 2 visits went smoothly, short wait and great service. Dr. was very thorough in describing procedure and recovery. Follow-up visit was not so good. I was called back quickly but ended up waiting an hr for the dr to see me. I ended up going to the front to remind them that I was waiting and when the dr. finally came in there was no apology for my wait time. The visit its self was no more than 5 minutes.
New office in East York very clean and freindly, prompt service.
