Living at Artisan on 2nd has honestly been such a great experience for us. From the very beginning, the management and maintenance team have been nothing short of amazing! Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we’ve needed something, it’s been handled quickly and with care. I’ve been a resident at Artisan since 2023, and I do not recommend this building. My car was stolen from inside the property, and security issues have been ongoing and serious. I personally encountered a homeless man sleeping inside the gym, and on another occasion I was followed on the property. Broken access points, including the front door and elevator, regularly allow unrestricted entry. I attempted to move out earlier due to safety concerns, but management repeatedly responded with a dismissive attitude and little urgen... read more

DON'T BELIEVE THOSE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. OUR FRONT DOOR ACCESS HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 2.5 MONTHS AMONG SO MANY OTHE AMENITIES. (Update) The Property owner responded to my review saying they would be better and our front door access has been broken for 2.5 months. We were told it as an internet outage, software update needed and the app was discontinued. There has been no now software or hardware installed. SELL THE PROPERTY TO A COMPANY WHO AT LEAST CARES ENOUGH TO STAFF THE BUILDING. Basically a monetized abandoned building. I... read more
