I have lived in the Boca Raton area for 3 years and I've honestly tried nearly every nail place there is. I was always unsatisfied with the outcome and the service. I tried artisan nails over a year ago and since then I have always gone there and always been extremely happy with the staff as well as my nails. They do an amazing job! I have been in Boca for almost four years and this is the first nail salon that did not treat me like I was just a number. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but it is definitively worth it. This salon did a wonderful job with my pedicure and manicure. They are clean and professional nail spa. If you have a little extra time you should check out their VIP section. Do not be tempted by the low prices. I recently went and asked for a french gelish/shellaic manicure. I left not completely satisfied because there were air bubbles in several of my nails, although, I did not want to be difficult so I did not worry about it. Two days later, my nails were chipping horribly and looked slightly discolored, so I called the salon and asked if I could come in to get them fixed. Friendly, Professional, Reasonable $ in my experience it is "worth the wait". The staff has been friendly and professional. I go for mani/pedi with my 7 year old daughter every other week. We previously went to another nail studio BUT we found Artisan to be reasonable in price, clean and professional. My tip would be DO NOT make an appointment, but go later in the afternoon (i.e. an hour prior to closing). I have done this several times and the wait has been minimal (if any).

The nail tech that was applying my tips left me alone at the station at least 5 times in 20 minutes, one of those times going outside to smoke. Another nail tech tore the cuticle of my friend's toe,making her bleed...this the reason she put on gloves finally.
