Great place to live. Convenient location to the beach, the bay, the hospital, and good restaurants. Convenient location between Destin and PCB, and very close to 30A. They offer nice townhomes each with a good size garage. Have not had any problems in the > 1 year living here with anything in the house except for the floors, which is a common problem that the management team is aware of and working on. Fantastic place! Super clean, very pretty, and a great location. Jennifer, Yvonne and Chris are so kind and go above and beyond to make the move in super smooth and stress free!

Absolutely love it here, very nice neighborhood. Everyone’s chill and stays to themselves. Yvonne and Jennifer are the office ladies and they’re great..they will do whatever it takes to accommodate you. They’re one of my favorite reasons to live here. We really also love the pool/grill area!
