They charged us 2 times for resort fees, we paid when we got there and then they charged us a week later. The people in the room next to us left their dogs there all day and night and they barked the whole time.
Beautiful place, incredibly looking inside and just really fun in general.
What a fun little diamond in Vegas! Fun atmosphere and the hotel lobby is so beautiful! Don't forget to check out the pool and all the artwork! ��

The staff is very polite and the bar staff is great. The location is off the strip which is nice if you don't want the crowd, but it is an industrial area so not much along the lines of things to walk to close by. The hotel decor is fun and different. Valet guys are quick and also polite. The complaints I did have was that after asking three times over two days for someone to fix my TV remote so I could change the channel, it still was never done.
