They were great friendly and on top of all requests the only thing that needs work on is the fact they have no one there help u with ur things in and out of ur room
I had a good stay, I like that is off the strip. They could be a little more accommodating. What really made it for me was the restaurant , Gilbert and Amber were awesome!
This is a unique place and quite an experience! My husband and I were married at The Artisan in 2016 and we returned for our anniversary. The room was large and the art was good. We had no problems and when I needed a hair dryer; I had it within minutes. If you are bothered by noise and need quiet to sleep; you should stay elsewhere. If you are looking for a comfortable and unique Las Vegas experience; try The Artisan. Total funk!
Beautiful place. I just went to a show there but I definitely want to stay there.

We are locals and went to see a friend play guitar and sing at the bar. We order some food, Bugers. And when we started eating realized that the inside of what was supposed to be a medium burger, was completely raw! We all work in a restaurant and my friend who ordered the 2nd burger is a cook. Both burgers raw in the middle. We sent them back. They dimmed the house lights. Burgers came out, can't see the color. His was well done, after 2 bites, I realize mine again is raw meat!
