REALLY REALLY BAD. BEWARE. – Not sure how this guy got any good reviews. Late to every meeting, no call no show'd to 4 out of 5. Workers were 1 to 1.5 hours late every day. Bad attitude. Sander left chatter markes on the entire floor, edger gashes all over the entire perimeter. Used to short of nails so now there are 15 spots on my floor that have a ting sound when I walk on them. Artisan HD Floors is my vote for all my floors of the future – This is the second time we have used these guys for our flooring needs, and we cannot say enough good about them: they really are artists. This was a difficult project; we took out walls between two apartments, and the two oak floors did not line up. But Artisan managed to pull up the oak between the two apartments and put it back down so at the end of the project it was a continuous line, as though it had been originally put down all at once of a piece. Greatly satisfied job – Called to see if Mike could up his schedule for the work by one week on day's notice. He said yes and was here on site the next day. Amazing! No Complaints and good quality assurance. He thoroughly inspects his work.

Artisan Floors are highly recommended! – Mike did an excellent job on my hardwood floor refinishing project. He was extremely fast and I have to struggle to find any trace of dust in the house. Great price - great service. Honest and reliable. GREAT job!

Mike's the best – we wanted to rip out the carpet in our place and replace it with redoak hardwood floor . We hired someone else before we went to mike and the person we went to messed up our floors.. I immediately called up Mike and he came over and looked over the floor and gave me his opinion on what had gone wrong and offered to fix it. I hired him on the spot . Great job – Mike and his team did an awesome job with my floors. I had a mix of carpet and white oak covering the downstairs area of my home. The carpet was dirty and the wood floors were scratched and dull looking. I asked Artisan to refinish what was already there and to replace the carpets with new wooden flooring.
