What a fabulous and skilled group of craftsmen! Amazing refinishing, attentive to detail and wonderful understanding of the customer's needs. Courteous and reliable, owner Mike worked closely with me to recommend just the right treatment for my refinishing job (he does fantastic hardwood installations as well), and his follow up afterwards was also prompt and thorough. His prices are very fair, and the value is exceptional for the superb workmanship. I recommend him with highest praise!

Refinishing – Artisan Floors are highly recommended! – Mike did an excellent job on my hardwood floor refinishing project. We wanted to rip out the carpet in our place and refinish red oak hardwood floor underneath. We took couple of quotes and Artisan flooring gave us reasonable quote with three coatings of natural stain. Mike and his team did an amazing job refinishing our maple hardwoods. They are beautiful!! I expected to have quite the mess to clean up after they were done, but no. They did such a good job draping off the other parts of the house that there was minimal mess when they were done. I really appreciate the job they did, and would have them back anytime. Truly experts.

We recently moved to the Seattle Area and the house we bought is in a great neighborhood but the former owners had pets that did their business all over all the floors (wood, carpet, etc.). The wood floors were in bad, bad shape. The wood floors were so bad that we considered not fixing them at all until we could afford to replace them. Just had new hardwood floors unstalled by Mike and his team. They did an excellent job, were efficient, polite and stayed till 7:00pm the last night to get the job done. Mike backs up his work, and after seeing their install I'm sure he will. I would highly recommend based on my experience with them over the last 3 days john

We have used Mike and his crew twice now, once to refinish our floors when we moved in our home several years ago, and again recently to install hardwoods in our kitchen to match the rest of the house. Our floors have held up beautifully, and the new floors in the kitchen math flawlessly. I would highly recommend Artisan Hardwood Floors!

Mike Diep is a phenomenal contractor. He is a a man of integrity. It is absolutely critical these days to find a contractor that is genuine, sincere and wants to provide the best service to you. refinishing and repair – When we called Mike and others for a quote for refinishing our oak floors and get new hardwood where the carpet was, he was the only one who told us, we have old fir floors below, we can refinish. All others told us to do all floors new the best... He gave us a great quote, told us about the problems he may run into and solutions to solve it, and the price difference about them.
