So glad I followed the Hoyts to their new location in Ashland. Not only do they offer excellent medical eye care to their patients, but their new location offers much more. Excellent friendly and personal service - something that is truly missing in the day of huge clinics and chain stores. It was time for me to buy new frames last month and their selection is outstanding. Artisan Eyeworks carries the basics, but you will leave with a fun fashion statement!
Best eye doctors and staff in the valley. I have been with Dr hoyt for about 20 years and I even followed them when they moved to Ashland about 25 mins south of Medford thats how much i like them because i am not a huge fan of Ashland but will continue to qo until no longer able to.
Just got prescription sunglasses and I LOVE them! I had limited options because I have prism in my prescription and I hesitated even to try sunglasses, but I needed more protection for my eyes during outdoor activities. Dr. Michael made sure I had the right material and the staff made sure the glasses could be slightly rounded in to give me the most protection possible. They even look good :-) Thanks to all!

When it comes to getting glasses, I can be quite a difficult patient. I get nervous (white coat syndrome) and talk too much, which is irritating to many health care practitioners. I’ve been wearing glasses since the fourth grade, but now that I am almost 70 the prospect of cataracts has arisen.
