My first experience with Artisan Eyeworks was excellent on all counts. I broke my glasses when I fell and was distressed about where to go that would take my insurance. I've know Michael & Kim for a long time and was delighted to see that AE was in my "network". The entire staff was so personable, efficient, warm and caring. I love the frames I found in their large selection and look forward to getting my new glasses soon. Highly recommend their services!!
Great experience! Fast, friendly, and thorough service! They told me 10 days and my glasses were ready in less than 7.
