Parking is a joke: only a handful of visitor spots, usually occupied by the same cars, and most of the resident spots are empty covered parking. A towing company constantly roams the lot. The office staff is mostly incompetent. Supposedly, you can get triple damages if you get towed because they don't do it legally. This place is literally trashy: trash blowing around everywhere.

THE ARTISAN AT RUSH CREEK apartments run a scam to get cars towed. Also moving out. They allowed the maintenance men to take things out of apartments. I caught a guy loading my things into his truck. Also my car was towed for moving the things that were not taken from my apartment to my car. THIS IS A SCAM AND IT NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!!
