OK... Well I have lived here since the complex opened. Ill admit there are a lot of incidences that someone who isnt from this neighborhood would find disturbing. Cops, ambulances and fire trucks come through about twice a week with sirens blaring. But my issues dont really stem from residences. Im more focused on the management of the complex. We have recently switched property managers and the new one does not seem like a correct fit. She seems like she is riding some sort of power trip and fails to address any real concer... read more
Well Im a new resident to Artisan @ Creekside and would like to take a minute to clear the confusion. I noticed that the remarks were a little outdated and first off, the entire staff seems to definitely know what it is they are doing. There was nobody by the name of Manuel there any longer and since Ive been here, the only problem i have is w/ the residents themselves. There are some nice families and single individuals that reside here and as someone mentioned, it may not be the best place for kids. Personally im a single ... read more

I also live in this complex and let me say its been a mistake since the day I stop by for information receiving the same welcome from Manuel and worst because he told he didnt want to help me because they were close. I agree with SO SAD. Every thing shes mentioned is true to the T! Not to mention you dont need an alarm cuz your waking up to bass music, maintenance getting an early start or motorcycles extremely loud; which some good windows would have eliminated some of the noise and the sun beaming into your house making it... read more
I live in these apts. They are new and nice on the inside. The area is horrible and people have no shame. The 4 main trash cans are always overfilled with trash from the ground up. Its horrible. They say that will change. Also the blinds in the apt are poorly made so dont look out cuz they will break easily and they charge 15 dollars each.The maintinence guys are great when they decide to do their job, THere seems to be a bad miscommunication between the main. guys and the manager. Work orders get lost. It took me 2 weeks to... read more

We went by the apartment community today (Saturday) and at first appearance, the place is gorgeous, even though its location is not the greatest. The view is of a major highway and some warehouses. Well, since theyre new, we had made an appointment to view one of the apartments that was available and then decide if we wanted to apply. We arrived and were barely given a good morning.
