Dear ppl who plan to live here.....RUN AWAY! Ive lived here since they opened and I am glad to be moving out soon! There are only two good things about this place, its maintenance Juan, and a Guy in the office name Joe, Joe and Juan are the only ppl who seem to get things done around here! Juan is part of the maintenance team and he s really the only one who knows how to fix thing the other guys are like monkey with a power tools, as for Joe i thing he s the one who really should be running these apartments you get more out ... read more

To be HONEST with you I dont even know where to start. Okay so fist of all let me just say looks are decieving. Dont get me wrong the apartments are nice,but once you move in it will be HELL. Managment there very unprofessional. If you want something done you literally have to be on top of it.They never answer their phone and always foward their calls to thier answering service. There are kids everywhere with no parent supervision.Let me just add the days I was there I can say to you I saw so many cops called out due to some... read more

this place is so getto when i first moved in it was ok after the second month omg it was so bad my car got towed like five times there is never parking they broke in to one of my cars an stole one two i never saw it again someone kicked my door in and put a gun to my head to rob me there is always trash there was even a syringe on the floor you might as well go live in the projects when i would go complan all they would say is sorry sweetie just your bad luck i told them at the office that i felt like i was living in the pro... read more

I am very content with the running of this complex the staff has been very courteous and extremely accomodating to all aspects of preventative maintenance, being vigalent of surroundings, making sure residents do there part. After all it us up to us the residents to secure our apartments and keep them clean for many reasons. So hats of to this staff Anna, Mari and Joe.

OK... Well I have lived here since the complex opened. Ill admit there are a lot of incidences that someone who isnt from this neighborhood would find disturbing. Cops, ambulances and fire trucks come through about twice a week with sirens blaring. But my issues dont really stem from residences. Im more focused on the management of the complex. We have recently switched property managers and the new one does not seem like a correct fit. She seems like she is riding some sort of power trip and fails to address any real concer... read more
