Been here for almost 7 months and it's been nothing but great! Love it and hope tp stay here longer.
Moved here at the end of February and I love it! I'm from LA so the amenities that come with my apartment is well worth it. My apartment is updated so I have new everything. Grounds are clean, its quiet where I stay and the staff is extremely friendly.

Indian hills have been my home for the past 3years I like this place really enjoy living here . . .
This place is a joke! Used to have security, they stopped that yet still raised the rent. Used to have security gates, they stopped using them yet still raised the rent. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
Indian Hills is absolutely the worse place to live. You pay way to much for ants, clogged drains they won't fix, barking dogs they won't approach and you can't do anything about cause its breaking your lease!! They won't release rental information to a new company because its personal but they don't mind asking for it when you move in. Air conditioning unit is as old as the building so your electric bill will be 200+ a mouth and they won't do a thing to fix it. No security gate which you pay for but don't get.
