I have been able to regain a sense of peace and purpose since placing my dad at Artis. It has been a difficult struggle the last year prior to accepting the fact I was wearing myself out and my dad was not engaged and had lost hope. Since his placement the entire Artis team has reenergized my dad and his sense of humor by their honest and open communication. They truly have accepted him (and me) as family. Thank You, I just wished I had made the decision sooner.
If I could give Lexington, Mass Artis 1/2 star I would. It is awful! $10,000.00/month and they don't take care for their residents. The incompetency is over the top. PLEASE PLEASE don't take your loved one there.
I worked for Artis Commack last year for 4 months. After 4 months of being treated like a second-class citizen it was time to leave. It truly breaks my heart to continue to hear about the mindboggling employee turnaround. Most of these hard-working caring people like myself, left other companies with the promise of an amazing work Environment. Unfortunately, however this could not have been further than the truth.
