I’m a hospice care provider, and this is one of my favorite Assisted Living Facilities!
Artis is the best place around. Is it perfect? No place is, but I have had no red flags. All of my issues have been worked through with a compassionate team of administrators. I have never had a problem getting a hold of anyone when I had questions. They have activities 7 days a week which is unusual. My Mom is always clean and well dressed. Her room is always clean. Shelliann, Missy, Frisner and Nurses Gavin, Linda, and Suzy are good and kind people that help take care of my mom at Artis. I'm happy that my mother is at Artis Boca Raton.
My father's been at Artis since December 2024. I check on him almost every day since his arrival. I have zero complaints, these people are amazing. I couldn't be happier for the decision we made to move him here.
My husband has been living at Artis for over a year. I posted my first review of this facility six weeks after he moved in. Sometimes, when the “honeymoon phase” has passed, things appear different. I have to say that, if anything, I am happier than ever that I made the decision to move him from his previous facility. His health has declined rapidly in the past year and his need for care has increased dramatically.
