I contacted Martinez via their website, looking for a particular piece. They were very communicative, helpful, and responsive. Making a custom piece for a wedding gift, and when I saw it I actually didn't like it that much (Nothing wrong with their work, just me seeing it in person). I was worried that may be a problem but they were very gracious and supportive of my decision making. I ended up finding another beautiful BC Jade earring set in the shop. All in all the service was fantastic, and the selection is great..

Highly recommended store, authentic traditional craftsmanship. Carl was very attentive and answered all my questions. Shipping to Spain was extremely fast and everything was at a fair price.
Found 4 pairs of wonderful earrings for my daughters and wife. Helpful staff. Low pressure.
