Great customer service is demonstrated not only by delivering a great product, but also in how you resolve problems. It would be foolish for any business to think they can get a job 100% perfect any time, and how they make it right shows their integrity as a business. Thank you for making a review, we appreciate that you take time to express yourself. I evaluated the entire job and the notes of the job. I seen that there was some confusion regarding the weed barrier. We install weed barrier on all grass installations. We DO NOT install weed barrier on any gravel installation jobs unless the customers has contracted and paid for the additional service. Ricardo and his associates did an amazing job in our yard. They were professional and knowledgable. One of the many reasons we chose this company was that it was Veteran owned, licensed and bonded. They were always on time and completed our yard when promised.
Love the service. Staffs are nice and service is great.
