This place only cares about money, not the quality of the service provided. Spent a significant amount on turf for my whole backyard. They brought the product first week of July during the hot ******* sun with triple digit temperatures. The product sat at my curb with heavy clear plastic bags and other tools rolled into itself for over two weeks. once they installed, I noticed a very large area of uneven turf. I am ex military and I have used them twice First of all they started ( WITHOUT PERMISSION) and used a bobcat skid steer on my property that belonged to my contractor. They were told to stop until my contractor was asked/ He said it was OK because he has used them himself before. The worst! Had to pay almost $20,000 to repair their mess. Just hired an attorney to get my money back. Lies, lies and more lies. I was verbally abused by ****** that actually told me some people you can never please. All I wanted was a completed back yard. Second their lying salesman ****, actually was highly unprofessional with me. Owner **** lied over and over again. Do not use this company!

Worst experience ever. No Call No show of workers 4 times. Asked for a refund and removal of all product. A waste mine and my wifes time over the past 3 months.
Unprofessional. No follow through. No communication. They will take your money and wait weeks to tell you that they can't do the project the contract is for. Spoke to a sales representative last month and got a quote for our yard which included flagstone pavers among other things. We've been called several times to confirm the amount and color of the flagstone. Two weeks after putting 1/2 down (couple thousand dollars) we were supposed to get scheduled to start the project. Less than two years of the installation and Artificial Grass is falling apart The first time they came and looked at it I was informed it was an inferior material and the manufacturer discontinued this type of grass “Desert Mirage” due to poor quality…….. and he took pictures Second time they came they said they will get in touch with the Manufacture and our chances are very good that they will replace the grass, even though we will have to pay for the labor and took more pictures We have a warranty for 15 years from Artific... read more

Great customer service is demonstrated not only by delivering a great product, but also in how you resolve problems. It would be foolish for any business to think they can get a job 100% perfect any time, and how they make it right shows their integrity as a business. Sadly, my experience with Artificial Grass Masters did not demonstrate great customer service. A salesman came out and gave us a great pitch. Thank you for making a review, we appreciate that you take time to express yourself. I evaluated the entire job and the notes of the job. I seen that there was some confusion regarding the weed barrier. We install weed barrier on all grass installations. We DO NOT install weed barrier on any gravel installation jobs unless the customers has contracted and paid for the additional service.
