I had a mixed experience with Arctic Air. The sales manager was professional and easy to work with, no issues there. However, we agreed that a thermostat would be included. They didn’t even bring that with them, And when it came time to install, they only offered a very cheap one. I offered to pay the difference for a reasonable model, but still ended up spending another $125. Given the size of the purchase, I expected better follow-through, so I’m leaving 3 stars.

They came out on the same day and came to Wink which is always appreciated!! . Luckily, it was an easy fix but not something we could do without Artic Air. Thank you and you will definitely be my call if we have additional issues with our heating/air.

Do not recommend this company at all. They damaged my friend’s property when working on her neighbor’s AC to the tune of $3,600 and refuse to pay for the damage. Owner, Jeremiah will not do the right thing and take responsibility for his employees even after admitting complete fault. Now, she is being forced to take legal action against Arctic Air. Find a company with better ethics.
