Enjoyed mostly experience except for not real private when answering questions prior to procedure
Everyone at NG was very friendly. If I have to have this procedure done again (colonoscopy) I'd much prefer to have it done at NG.
Everyone was pleasant, helpful and efficient during my appointment.
Front office staff were friendly and efficient. Medical personnel were also friendly and took time to explain the anesthesia I was given and what would happen during the procedure. Dr Baluyut also talked to me before the procedure, and told me what to expect. I appreciated speaking with him.
Dr. Baluyut takes time to really listen to his patients. I have been seeing him for over 4 years now & he has done several procedures during that time. He was the first to correctly diagnose & treat my medical issues. He is very knowledgeable & takes time to look into any new concerns. I feel very confident in his care. I highly recommend him!His office staff are friendly & efficient too.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Baluyut. He didn't perform an exam or ask many questions about my chronic cough, which I've had for 30 years and had gotten worse over the last two years. When I asked him to help me find the root cause, he said, "What do you want me to do about it?" I also mentioned my family's history of celiac and gluten intolerance, but I had to follow up with his staff for some blood lab work which he really didn’t seem interested in ordering. Dr. Baluyut has always done my colonoscopies that never required an office visit. I was always happy with his services until I had to schedule an appointment. I've been having a bad cough for 30 years on and off, but it has gotten worse over the last two years. I went to see a Otolaryngology back in August. She suggested the coughing may be acid reflux, so I scheduled an appointment where I live with Dr. Baluyut. I came prepared with all of my symptoms, issues, and her recommendations. Dr. Baluyut is fantastic! He spent so much time with my husband - really researching his symptoms when other GI docs just chalked it up to IBS. Dr. Baluyut got to the root of the issue and quickly got him to the right treatment. It's made a huge difference for his quality of life! The office staff is wonderful.
