Excellent. I completely understand the problem and his plan of treatment. I enjoyed the evaluation with the orthopedic resident and medical student. Dr Malkani was very thorough in his explanation of my problem and the procedure to fix it. Good explanation of the procedure.
Dr. Malkani saved me from being in a wheelchair. I am 69 years old and severely overweight. In 2022 and 2024 he operated on me and gave me total knee replacements. It’s a whole new world for me. He is not only a brilliant surgeon, he is caring and so knowledgeable. His staff is top notch. Thank you Dr. Malkani!

Dr. Malkani performed my hip replacements in 2022. Although the surgeries were largely a success, I have experienced continued pain & limited mobility in one hip. Though highly recommended, visits with him were condescending & humiliating. Dr. Malkani repeatedly told me that my severe hip arthritis was my own fault from eating too much & being FAT. Dr. Malkani is an excellent surgeon. He replaced both of my hips - one in May & the 2nd one TODAY. I am up walking, just hours after. I have had no issues with the first hip replacement & the 2nd one today has already eliminated the pain & dysfunction I had walking & sitting, getting up, etc. I have immediately experienced restored range of motion & strength. I am so grateful! Can't thank him enough. Highly recommended!
Dr. Malkani replaced both of my hips and was excellent he did not give up until I was better. My first one was easy for me but the 2nd one was worse off and I had to do physical therapy for a while until I was better. He also seen me in the office monthly until I was well enough to stop my therapy. I really appreciate all he did for me.
