ILLEGAL INCOMPETENCE AT ITS WORST. It is extremely frustrating that this company is allowed to remain open and operate. Of these reviews on google, all but 4 are 1 star, and three of them are clearly posted by owners and their family (just look at the names - how is that even allowed, google?!!!). The owner of this company is Edward Frank. (You will notice he gave himself a great Google rating) When I was a Board member, he was extremely rude to me in an email. I refused to work with someone who didn't have respect for an owner, and Board member so I left the Board. DO NOT use this management company, folks! On the association's website, they only posted two Board meeting minutes. It's now the 8th month of the year!!!!!

very harrassive company who does not listen or interact with people properly. fines residents . No notice given for a violation. harrassive comments to owners . issues with their work also --with their management. A resident of one of their properties they management.
Stay clear of any community that uses this property management as hired help. They are by far the worst. People are unprofessional and rude. They basically steal your monthly fees.
