This management company doesn't deserve even 1 start. There is no heat or hot water in the unit and they are saying that i would have to call a plumber to find out why. I do not own the damn pipes which is there responsibly. John the property manager is refusing to take any responsibility for this problem in this single digit weather. Put on top of that this John person hung up on me like the ass whole he is

One side doesn't work with the customer only listens to the Lil girls in his office
Extremely dissatisfied with this management company. They pick & choose who they interact with & just send letters. The worst liaison between a board & unit owners I’ve experienced thus far. Awful landscaper, harassing board members, lack of maintenance & abuse of power.
They are the management company for the complex I reside in. They haven't been here very long. I find them to be rude, discourteous and unprofessional. I’ve lived in one of there communities for several years now and I’ve only ever had pleasant experiences. I would highly recommend
Stay away. many problems. they just want to make money and do not fine tune the management. they allow attacks to happen on the property of condominiums. they could care less . they are not concerned about safety, harrassment, criminal activity, people driving the wrong way in the parking lot. they run a club at the Roxbury Condominiums in Westwood, NJ.
Terrible. They pick and choose answering homeowners email. Offsite more than on. Unethical behavior.
If this this management was hired by your building stay away. This management co is run by some punk named Ed Frank. This guy I actually had the audacity to threaten to F me up because he didn’t like the way I spoke to his employees at Paris Square. Giving them a one rating is being generous. Please see other reviews all the five ratings are probably relatives of his the one rating is truly the deserving rating. I’m still waiting for him to F me up.
