Remarkable Doctor Seeing and continue to see Dr. Garfein has been life altering in the most positive way! Dr. Garfein is a very insightful, compassionate and caring doctor who is well-educated in his profession! I would most certainly recommend him to anyone!
I was a patient for 2½ yrs. Recently I cancelled an appt 3 days prior. Despite adequate notice, he still charged for the appt citing his policy of charging (regardless of notice) unless he fills the time slot. He had also just increased his fee by 14.3% w/o notice. His accounting practices suggest he emphasizes profit over patient relationships. He created a stressful situation and violated patient/doctor trust. His unrealistic cancellation policy & intransigent position cost him this patient.
