My review about DR. PERRY is he is phenomenal! He is very kind and knows what he is doing for sure! The staff at the surgical center went beyond my expectations. Everyone was super nice and very reassuring when I was extremely nervous. I felt safe and like I was in great hands. 10000+ stars for Arthur Perry! Ive been put off for over 17 months for one surgery from one simple referral that started in November 2024. It is now march 3 2026 and im sitting in my livingroom on the morning of my scheduled surgery. Ive fasted and prepared but Acuity eye group canceled my surgery last minute for unknown reasons. Mayann the surgery coordinator assured me she would put me back on the schedule. She did not. I called the hospital on the morning of my surgery (this morning) and they said she never put me back on. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and was yet to be called in, so I left. What a ridiculous way to run a practice. Never going back. Don’t care to have a doctor so inconsiderate of patient’s time.
Dr.is okay..kind. BUT who work under him terrible... 1 year back and forth wasting my time to get surgery... even today my follow up after surgery rude receptionist said there is no appointment... just unprofessional since beginning till today
