I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone in a million years. My mother had an initial exam and a scheduled appointment to have her eye surgery work on. We never receive any updates or follow up. When I did call mulitples time. The initial help desk would redirect me to call Brianna who is the scheduler. I left Brianna multiple professional message and never receive a follow up. Then, I reach out to Gracia, the office manager and she stated Brianna does not report to her. Dr. Perry is a great doctor with a lot of experience! Experience really matters because he was able to immediately identify my eye condition even without me telling him anything in advance - but his observation was spot on with my eye history which I was able to confirm. He was very knowledgeable and I trust him more than other doctors I have seen who said they’ve never seen this before. His office staff/assistants were also very nice and my appointment went quickly without any wait time. Very happy and highly recommend him!
