From day one Arthur's first priority was to sell our home. He was very professional and always went above and beyond our expectations. Unfortunately the buyers made what could have been a pleasant experience a pretty bad one. That being said, Art remained professional through out the entire process. I definitely would recommend Art for either selling or purchasing your next property.

I will never recommend Arthur Alderete to anyone. I have never experience such a rude treatment Two days ago I received a phone message from Arthur regarding the house for rent On his voice messaged he stated that he will be at the place at 11:00 am that there is no need to call him back. When he called me I was at work and was not able to be there to see the house at 11:00am. Unfortunately, you had a negative experience and we would like to apologize for any communication that was not superior service. As you mentioned we did return call. Also, due to the fact that we had received over 5 applications the owner (see review 5.26.15) decided not to continue showing the property and we explained there would be "no more showings at any other times". However, we are not sure of the claim of talk "in a rude, vulgar and angry manner" but we wish you luck in this highly competitive rental market.
We contacted Arthur Alderete from RE/MAX early June 2014 in regards to listing my father-in-laws property in Huntington Beach, CA. After having a family interview with Arthur, we listed with him on 6/20/2014. Art had 5 Open Houses in 3 weeks and although our brother and sister in laws live in Perris, CA, he kept the communication open with many many conference calls so they didn't have to drive out to HB.
