In general, I am reluctant to refer people I know to anyone because my reputation is on the line; however, Mr. Alderete has been very professional. He follows-up with my referrals quickly and provides accurate information. Mr. Alderete is a very hard worker and does whatever he can to assist you. I will continue to refer friends, family, and business associates to Mr. Alderete.

My experience with Art was very satisfying. As the stress mounted with purchasing our home, Art helped put things in perspective and was very thorough with explaining each step of the home buying process. He brought intensity to the table that was very refreshing, because it showed he was truly working for us till the last minute. I would not hesitate to recommend Art to my family and friends.

It has been a tedious short sale inspite of so many candidate Art was patient because The buyers wanted the house but none of them were qualified. Finally it went thru. I am proud of Art for not giving up. He even spent his own money for notary public services so it will process faster.
