Art partnered with us at Habitat for Humanity of Orange County he helped us sell three of our Moderate Income homes in Santa Ana, Cypress and Fullerton. Arts personal service, quick response time and expertise in his field made it a great experience for our families. We thank Art for all his time and passion for the community.
Art is wonderful to work with and he is super friendly. He walked us through the process and got us in our first home. He was always available to answer any questions and very responsive. Art is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the complexities of buying/selling in Orange County. I highly recommend working with Art.

Art has been a great agent to work with. He has provided guidance to me and several members of my family in regards to buying or selling a home. He is always quick to respond and will provide excellent feedback to help you make the right decision. He is very knowledgeable and with his experience, he will always work hard for you to get you the most value for your property!
Like they say, “You never get a second chance for a first time Impression.” I called him to ask about a listing. He didn’t even let me finish my sentence when he interrupted me. He seemed like he was way too busy. Thanks, but no thanks!
