It took me a few weeks to get the nerve to leave this review. Absolutely the worst rheumatologist office I have ever been to. The girl who greets you first is rude in person and on the phone. The other girls are all great and very helpful, but she's the initial contact. I never get the same Dr to see me despite me asking to only see Dr Munoz. What's more surprising than the front desk staff's mistreatment, disrespect and absolute lack of care for patients, is the fact that the doctor doesn't seem to mind all the comments and feedback from his own patients. You can tell that they don't even bother reading reviews. If you are looking for a medical center where people are going to be welcoming, nurturing, caring, empathic, or just human.... this is not the place for you. The people here seem to hate their job and the patients they are supposed to be serving.
Muy mala experiencia desde 6 septiembre he llamado alrededor de 5 o 6 veces , para hacer un relcamo de un mal diagnostico por parte de una doctora nitya ramedy que ya no esta en el centro. Trate de acceder al director del centro doctor jorge munozpero me han hecho dificil lograrlo, finalmente la 5 vez hable con su asistente y ella me dijo que solo podia escucharme y que para cualquier compensacion , la parte admoinistrativa iba a comunicarswe conmigo y nunca fue asi.
