I don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews! I had an amazing experience here. My appointment was at 9, they saw me at 8:50. The front desk lady was sweet and to the point- no bad attitude at all! The staff was extremely attentive and really sweet and funny. I was so nervous going in, and they made me feel right at home. The worst service I've ever received. Don't waste your time at this clinic. You'll be disappointed.
It took me a few weeks to get the nerve to leave this review. Absolutely the worst rheumatologist office I have ever been to. The girl who greets you first is rude in person and on the phone. The other girls are all great and very helpful, but she's the initial contact. I never get the same Dr to see me despite me asking to only see Dr Munoz. They kept scheduling me with a different Dr, nurse, or whatever practitioner was available. But every time that happened, I was treated like a new case. No one knew what the last person... read more
What's more surprising than the front desk staff's mistreatment, disrespect and absolute lack of care for patients, is the fact that the doctor doesn't seem to mind all the comments and feedback from his own patients. You can tell that they don't even bother reading reviews. If you are looking for a medical center where people are going to be welcoming, nurturing, caring, empathic, or just human.... this is not the place for you. The people here seem to hate their job and the patients they are supposed to be serving.
