If you’re looking for a Clinical team to help manage your arthritis or autoimmune diseases look no further. Arthritis Health Associates on Widewaters is excellent. I started out at the Hospital For Special Surgeries in Manhattan with renown rheumatologist Dr.Stephen Paget,MD and wanted someone closer to my home and Dr. George Matanos,MD was who I chose. A 1 STAR IS BEING VERY GENEROUS. If you wanna be medically gaslit and made to feel inferior for being overweight and dismissed bc of it. This is your place. I put in for a new Dr and was denied and put in with same Dr. again. You could feel the animosity and again I was dismissed. I Waited 8 MONTHS to be seen. I was out of that office in 5 minutes!!!!!! 🤬
The doctor I saw told me "I don't know what's wrong with you. If you want to make an appointment and come back you're welcome to" Infusions were offered but the dismissiveness and general apathy coming from the doctor was a major turn off. Needless to say I haven't made an appointment to return. I wouldn't trust that my health or mobility are their priority
