I have tried to make an appointment for over a week. I have left 3 messages and called numerous times and it just says you are closed. The patient portal or online appointment request does not work. This is unacceptable!!
Love love love Dr. Sutej and Cashelle! They both have been LIFE savers for me! The staff is great, I am in monthly for infusions and always treated good with respect, even with the recent staff changes! I will continue to fight Atlanta traffic from Social Circle just to be seen by the best!
I have been reaching out to your office weekly for the past 3 months - it says your office is closed. If not- then no one returns my calls. My portal token was never giveno me and I reached out to the person there and left countless voicemails. I am at this point trying to get my medical records for an appointment I have in a few weeks and have yet to have anyone acknowledge. Expected much more from you. I've been going there for years and never had this kind of problem.
