I've treated here for about 4 years with a mostly positive experience until recently which has finalized my decision to seek care elsewhere. NP Aman is an excellent practitioner, and in the few visits I saw Dr. Santos, he seemed to be excellent as well, although I understand he is retired. However, sometimes you encounter the rest of the staff, where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The entire staff at the Dr office and the infusion center are kind, compassionate and are truly concerned about the effectiveness of my treatment and overall well being. I have been a patient of Dr Santos for more than 25 years. Np Matthew has been a key factor in my successful treatment. I am sorry that Dr Santos retired, but the excellent treatment has contributed.
Have been very happy with Dr. Bakshi, as well as the staff members ive met. They are thorough and caring.
The staff is very helpful and nice. Dr Matt,is a good listener,caring and very nice.
Dr. Bakshi and her staff are so efficient, easy to talk to and helpful. I love how a nurse connects with the patient first to gather all the information. Dr. Bakshi then can look at all of this information before she comes in to examine you. I have never been to any other practice does this. Very well organized!
