Place was filthy upon the promised move in date. Dryer doesn’t work; garage remotes don’t work; blinds missing on window; vanity drawer in bath inoperable and manage shows no urgency in making repairs.....stay away from this place be aware if Lincoln Property Management as this culture is probably a reflection of upper management.....1 star at best

I have already... (Verified Renter) I have already recommended the Arthouse to my friends. The park around the corner is beautiful and you can walk to buy groceries. The area is very secure.
Getting very pricy... (Verified Renter) Getting very pricy for the amenities offered. Cheap vinyl floors that come off. Carpet coming off in hallway and elevators that break down all the time.
