Bought 3 hats online after seeing an add on IG, they looked top quality in the pictures, when I received them, I was far from impressed. They are not bad, but def. are not worth their price. Two of them didn't even fit right, mind you I'm a hat lover so I'm very aware of my size, could not return or exchange because it was passed 14 days. Besides it is hard to get someone on the phone and when I finally did it was a hard no to my request for an EXCHANGE. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend or buy again.
BEWARE! I have been ignored to receive a FREE return shipping label. Also called the business number provided on the website. No one answers or has an answering service. The hat was shipped crushed and the quality is poor. The price of this hat is $260. I have exercised legal options by filing a complaint through BBB, Better Business Bureau, and a complaint with my bank.

I drove 40 minutes there only to be told i need to have an appointment, they were very unwelcoming, i felt as if i was intruding. They didn’t even offer to set up a future appointment. I went back home and ordered a beautiful Maison Michel hat online instead. They have beautiful hats there though.
