Arterix is so easy to work with and they successfully did exactly what they said they would and set reasonable expectations as to what to expect. Last fall we had a fairly bad problem with spiders and millipeade and some other bugs in our basement. I was told it would take 2 treatments to do the job and I would probably have to be retreated in the spring. After the 2 fall treatments the bugs were gone. Arterix is the best. We had two significant pest problems that were repeatedly not solved by Terminix. They could not even successfully identify the bug in question. Art fixed the problem in two visits and has been on top of our home's needs since then. His team is thorough and friendly, but Art himself does the service calls 90% of the time and is fantastic. So knowledgeable.
Excellent and Prompt service! Art is always there when you need him! I have been using the annual service since 2015 and I'm very satisfied with it, I will be using it again this year:)!
Outstanding customer service and very effective in solving my problem.
Knowledgeable personnel who explained what had to be done, did it, and rid our house of pests. Was able to come to us faster than our regular exterminator. What's not to like.
